Policies

  • All trips are catch & release only.
  • All guided fly fishing will be either wade or boat fishing depending on daily river flow conditions and at the discretion of River of Life.
  • All reservations require a 50% deposit ( check, money order or PayPal w/3% surcharge) within 10 days of booking.
  • Cancellations:   Deposit is fully refundable with more than 14 days advance notice of trip cancellation.  Deposit is forfeited on trips cancelled with 14 days or less of scheduled trip.   Cancelled trips may be rescheduled and deposits carried forward during the same calendar year.  Cancellations by River Of Life due to severe weather or other unforeseen emergencies are without penalty to the client.  River of Life determines if cancellation is warranted due to weather or unforeseen emergencies.
  • Float trips:  The Upper Delaware River ( West Branch, East Branch and Main Stem) is a tailwater therefore is subject to varied water flows.  A drift boat is employed for the majority of the season.  In periods of lower water flows a fully equipped raft with secure stand up fishing frame may be substituted.  In a few limited circumstances a nicely equipped guide canoe may be substituted for some hard to reach areas due to low water flows and limited boat launch access.
